Doula Offerings

    • Two to four 1hr prenatal visits to create your birth plan and explore birth prep.

    • One postpartum planning session

    • Full birth support (on call from week 37, labour support, and everything listed below under birth support)

    • Four to six 1hr postpartum visits to help process the birth and support your family.

  • As your birth doula, I am here to offer emotional support, to help provide physical comfort during labor, and to advocate for your care team to follow your birth plan. 

    • Two to four 1hr prenatal visits to create your birth plan and explore birth prep.

    • Full birth support (on call from weeks 37-42 for labor support)

    • In person care at the hospital or supervised home birth

  • The days, weeks, and months after birth can be an isolating time for a new mom. Your hormones are all over the place, you have a new baby, and the world doesn’t stop spinning. As your doula, I am here to help ease the transition and support you in this brand new season of your life.

    • 2-6 four hour visits in the months after birth

    • Help with light housecleaning and child-minding so that mom can take a shower

    • Light meal prep as needed by client

    • Prepaid grocery and store pickups as agreed on

Please note that I will begin taking Medicaid plans in October, 2026. Medicaid will cover having a doula at your birth, as well as limited prenatal and postpartum visits. For more info, visit Michigan’s Doula Initative site here.

If cost is a barrier to accessing Doula services, please don’t hesitate to reach out anyway. I have capacity for a limited number of sliding scale rates every quarter and would love to help find a solution that works. Everybody deserves a doula; let’s chat and see what we can do.
